About Me

I work in our garden  in rural North Cork  which  we share with  hens, a beehive and a cat and a dog.

I attended the Crawford College of Art and Design, Cork as a mature student having previously worked as a  social worker for many years.

I  worked as an artist facilitator with older adults in various Nursing Homes up to 2020.  I  am an artist facilitator on the Lonradh Programme at the Crawford Art Gallery, Cork for  people with memory loss and their family and carers.  During Covid   online videos  were produced with fellow artist Inge van Doorslaer for the Lonradh programme based on the Crawford Art Gallery’s  permanent collection  https://crawfordartgallery.ie/lonradh-at-home-video.

I am a member of Visual Artists Ireland and the  Backwater Artists Network.
